HOTFIX 0.6.11

Greetings Champions!

This update brings in a fix for a bug that was was blocking players from progressing the tutorial stage.
Thanks a ton to members of the community who brought forth this issue!

Fixed an issue that was causing players to get stuck when loading the tutorial stage for the first time.
Fixed the HP bar showing more current health than total health.
Car energy now properly regenerated and shows correctly in the UI.
Removed Marine (Machine Gunner) from Firestorm Fortress and added them to Shipping Docks, Temple Labs and Mountain Pass South.
Fixed an issue where enemies weren't spawning during boss fights.
