Update Notes for 1.0.18

This is a very small patch mainly intended to add very minor forwards-compatibility with the upcoming 1.1 update (available in beta very soon!).

• Bugfix: 'Done' label appears unlocalised in some places.
  
• Bugfix: Player skin appears miscoloured with some outfits.
  
• Bugfix: Some scrolling UIs eat disproportionate amounts of memory.
  
• Improvement: Game will not crash if post-1.1 saves are detected.
  
• Improvement: Added additional special characters to fonts (={}ŽžȘșȚț).
