Hello, Analgesic fans! Melos Han-Tani here. Did you know I've been working on a 2nd game in addition to Angeline Era?
It's called Danchi Days! And we have a demo out now:

It's a slice-of-life adventure set in a 2000's Japanese setting, where you control a girl named Hoshino! You'll explore her neighborhood, while hoping to revive the local summer festival for her beloved grandmother. It's a moving story with a lot of memorable characters. I hope you'll like it!

I'm working on it with a separate team of 3 (gingham games), but publishing it under Analgesic. We'd love for you to try the demo out and leave a review!

Attention, Bumpslashers! We've just updated Angeline Era's store art, ahead of our planned release later this year! It's a collaboration between mangaka/illustrator BOMHAT and our resident artist-writer-designer, Marina Kittaka.

What role will the three characters - Ex-GI Tets Kinoshta, Fae Princess Niamh, and Angel Arkas - play in Angeline Era's story?

Hi everyone! First, we'd like to celebrate 30,000 wishlists by announcing we'll be in the Steam Next Fest in a few weeks!! In other words... we plan to release sometime later in 2025.

In the meantime, with the help of Dragonbaby Localization, we localized the demo into 6 new languages. Simplified Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Spanish (LA), Brazilian Portuguese, and Russian! It's now out in Version 9, so please play and enjoy. The demo is the same as last year, but there may be new bugs so just let me know : )

If these are your languages we hope you enjoy and please do share with your communities, as interest in the demo will decide which of these languages we localize into first for the final game (as we don't have the budget to do all of them yet.)

EEK3 is the alternative showcase of small horror game creators that amalgamates every year like a shell of flies around the corpse of E3. It's a lot of fun for people who enjoy ye olde PS1 aesthetics and foggy throwback horror. The 2024 showcase was supposed to happen in time for Halloween, the night when the spirits of old platformer mascots rise from their graves to gift polygons to small children. But it was postponed due to technical problems. Only now has the 2-hour showcase of game trailers emerged, culminating in a new Haunted PS1 demo disc packed with upcoming games. "The curse," say the organisers, "is lifted."
