Hotfix 1.0.1b (the Achievement Edition)

Small update to fix achievement issues some users have reported.

- Fixed achievments needing 1 additional point to unlock locally
- Fixed Gym Bunny not unlocking cleanly (same issue as man of culture)
- Fixed some clipping in the Erikson fight images
