Update v1.0.4 is here, bringing a major overhaul to how destroyed vehicles work, along with some gameplay improvements and important bug fixes. Here’s what’s new:[/p][hr][/hr][h3]🚗 Reworked Destroyed Vehicle Mechanics:[/h3]

• [p]Destroyed vehicles are no longer permanently lost – they now remain in your caravan as broken.[/p]
• [p]However, there's still a chance you’ll lose some equipment from them.[/p]
• [p]Broken vehicles cannot participate in encounters and don’t increase your cargo limit.[/p]
• [p]You can repair them at Service Stations or sell them at Workshops.[/p]
• [p]Any lost cargo is now stored in the caravan wreckage, so it can still be recovered.[/p]

• [p]Goods transferred from factories now go directly to your Cargo, instead of the enclave Warehouse.[/p]
• [p]There is now a chance to earn fuel as a reward for winning encounters – every drop counts in the wasteland![/p]

• [p]Fixed an issue where fog of war progress was lost after changing scenes without saving.[/p]
• [p]Fixed several bugs that could cause combat to get stuck.[/p]

[p][/p][p]🔧 Listening to your feedback, we’re introducing some gameplay changes:[/p]

• [p]Jobs became the most profitable source of income in the previous version. That was never the intended design. Trading goods should be the main income, while Jobs are meant to be a supplement or a fallback option when you lose everything. With this patch, we’re restoring the balance from the Demo and Beta versions: Trading yields higher profits, fewer job offers, and lower rewards.[/p]
• [p]When you lose a crew member due to an event, the game now removes the least valuable crew member from Cargo first. If there is no crew in Cargo, the least valuable crew member from your vehicles is removed instead.[/p]
• [p]The chance of losing gear and crew from destroyed vehicles has been reduced from 30% to 20%. Still, if the entire caravan is destroyed, preserved items are stored in the wreck at the crash site. If only an escort vehicle is lost, the preserved items will be assigned to your Cargo.[/p]
• [p]Wanderer mode autosave now triggers only at safe points — when entering or leaving an enclave, or quitting the game. This ensures that if you haven’t created a manual save, you can still return to a relatively safe moment. Manual saving is still available at any time.[/p]

• [p]Added a Garage site to the Windmill enclave[/p]
• [p]Increased Hell Laser rotation speed for better tracking of fast targets[/p]
• [p]Fixed issue with invincible vehicles during combat[/p]
• [p]Fixed the issue with vehicles not being destroyed by large obstacles[/p]
• [p]Improved some localization issues[/p]
• [p]Adjusted volume for some sound effects[/p]
