Patch Notes 1.0.14 - Fixing more edge cases

This update includes fixing the possibility of "dead" characters appearing at the duel, edge-case incorrect dress loading in chapter 7, and more!

Fixed the possibility of "dead" characters appearing at the duel
Fixed more Faina quest edge-cases
Fixed edge-case incorrect dress loading in Chapter 7
Ensured that reloading the game in later parts of Chapter 2 doesn't unintentionally unlock blocked paths
Removed an unnecessary blocker for Rusalka's quest in Chapter 4
Fixed an unreachable dialogue option for the Doctor in Chapter 5
Another attempted fix for the rare Chapter 4 freeze after the Vodka bar
Fixed a potential wrong text in Rusalka's bio
Further optimization in Chapter 8
