We've got some amazing news to share with you (and one tiny setback…)

🎉 Episode 4 is in its final stage! It will be available starting March 31st! We’re just ironing out the last details and aligning with Steam’s events to make sure everything runs smoothly.

💻 Technical setback… but we made it work!

If you’ve been following our updates on Discord, you know we had a major challenge: we lost a PC… 😭

Our RTX 4090 decided to quit on us while we were rendering the final scenes. The cooling system failed, and the card hit 95°C… basically, we almost had a GPU bonfire 🔥!

But nothing stops us! We powered through with just one PC, handling renders, coding, optimizations, and animations all at once to make sure you get this episode on time. It was a challenge, but we pulled it off 💪

I can’t wait for you to experience this episode!

Hope you're all doing great!



We're going full speed to finish this update!

We're finally at the last step with the final missing scene: Grace’s scene.

Once this is done, we’ll do a final round of translations (most of them are already completed) and a beta testing phase on our Patreon to make sure everything runs smoothly with all the new content. Then, we’ll be good to go!



As for the release date, with Steam hosting the VN Festival next week and then sales two weeks later… we have to wait one more month to launch the episode.
So, if everything goes well, it will be available at the end of March! I’ll set up an event when we lock in the exact date.

**Hey B.E.S.T.I.E.S!**

A quick update on the progress of the episode!



So, the match is finally over. It was a huge part of the episode, with animations and a lot of images.
We’ve added variations based on your choices in previous episodes (whether you trained or not, etc.), and the outcome depends on these choices… but not only that!



We’ve also completed what we talked about last time:

**THE SPECIALIZATION TREE!**

This system unlocks before the match and allows you to "specialize" once you reach 10 points in a chosen branch.
For example, if you have 10 points in Sports, you can unlock the SPORTS specialization.
During the match, there is a unique action tied to this specialization, which changes the way the match plays out.



So, the match has variations based on both your past choices AND the specialization(s) you have activated!

In the next episode, we’ll be adding **talents** to these specializations. That means every 5 points, you’ll be able to unlock additional talents, which will provide extra content depending on what you activate.

All of this helps give more weight to the stats in the game and allows for greater customization of your character!



### Now that the match is over, what’s left to do?

- We have **2 more scenes** to complete in terms of renders and animations.
- Translations need to be done.
- Music and sound effects need to be integrated.

**And that’s it!**

We are still aiming for a release **after Steam’s March festivals and sales**.
Once Steam provides the exact dates we can use, I’ll share more details about the episode’s release in the next update!

Lastly, we will be doing the company’s **financial review** for this first year. I’ll share some insights on the financial side of things to remain transparent with you all!

(With NeoFest, the Visual Novel Festival, and the Steam sales all happening at the same time, this timing gives us the best visibility.)

But… we know some of you are eager to dive into the new content! 😅 Part 1, which focuses on phone upgrades, Julia, Madison, Gabriella, and the third B.E.S.T trial, could be released earlier. For those on the “Grace-only” route, her content will be included in Part 2.
