Hotfix v0.919

- Increased the radius of the Lightning Storm hit detection. It should now activate more consistently even when the aim is slightly off target.
- Reduced the time it takes for gold to be picked up from enemies from 1.2 seconds to 0.7 seconds.
- Updated several enemy models.
- Fixed two areas in Abandoned Sewers where enemies would get stuck.

Darkblade Ascent launches on February 12 in Early Access!

We are incredibly excited and happy to announce that Darkblade Ascent is launching in Early Access on February 12!

Thank you for your patience as we gear up towards the launch!

Darkblade Ascent is a fast paced First-Person Melee Roguelike RPG with randomly generated weapons and upgrades, unlockable new classes and persistent leveling.

We have made a lot of additions during the course of development that we are very excited and anxious to share with you when the game launches.

For this Early Access launch we wanted to have the game to be very stable, polished state, and most importantly fun!

Stage 3 reveal: Abyssal Perdition

We are currently working on the third stage of the game, and to keep you updated we'll be regularly showing off new locations, features, gameplay and enemies as we progress.

Today we're ready to show a glimpse of the Abyssal Perdition.

With this stage we wanted to give players a feeling of unfamiliarity and a sense of being small and insignificant in the grandeur that is the Abyss.

Expect new enemies with smart behaviors, new dangers, new mechanics and gameplay elements, completely different from what you're used to until this point to further drive the unfamiliarity of this place and to further test your skills.

New Weapon line: Daggers



  • New Daggers Ability: Phantom Strike: Dash towards and enemy stabbing them with both daggers. If the enemy dies the ability is reset.
  • New Dagger specific crystals
  • 5 new passive tree unlockables for daggers
