Patch for April 2nd

Fixed softlocks in the Helix Ocean Base. Sincere apologies for this one, as it was a clear oversight on my part while assembling the level
Lessened the likelihood of falling out of the level in the Artist's Paint World. It may still be possible, so saving before this quest is recommended
