Mind Control: Bloody Renaissance News

BYYONI's games have been nominated for the RPG Maker Game Award 2026!

[p]Hello everyone! Voting for the RPG Maker Game Award 2026 has begun! Two of my games are participating: the mystery survivor horror and one of the largest RPG Maker games to date — Mind Control: Bloody Renaissance — and the insane yandere horror fighting game Creepy Creepy Love.[/p][p]If you like my games, you can support me by voting for your favorite one.[/p][p]Creepy Creepy Love is a brutal, bloody yandere horror fighting game with a tense romantic storyline that takes your in‑game choices into account and will inevitably lead you to one of three insane dramatic endings! If you haven’t played it yet, you’ve probably seen it in playthroughs on YouTube by PhuCat, ManlyBadAssHero, and others.[/p][p]Mind Control: Bloody Renaissance is a project I’ve been working on for the last 7 years. It’s a very large‑scale game inspired by the films of David Lynch and the games of Swery65 and Suda51—a game that will “talk” to you throughout the entire experience, because every action you take matters and influences the outcome. I’m confident it will become a future classic among weird RPGs, like Mother and Lisa the Painful.[/p]
How to vote:

You can vote for the game at this link!
[p](The page opens in Japanese by default; you can change the language in the top‑right corner.)[/p]

[p]I truly love RPG Maker and plan to keep working with this engine, creating crazy and unusual games. I also intend to support my past projects for a long time to come. Thank you for reading my announcement all the way through![/p]

Nominate the flagship game BYYONI for Game of the Year!

[p]Dear friends, we are thrilled to announce that we are nominating "Mind Control: Bloody Renaissance" for Game of the Year![/p][p]This game is my magnum opus, which I have been developing for over 7 years, pouring my soul into every scene. It is a game with an astounding story, vivid characters, a unique combat system without equal, and a beautiful soundtrack spanning over 7 hours. Furthermore, the game has 100% positive reviews![/p][p]I understand that currently, "Mind Control" is a hidden gem, unknown to a large number of players. But I am confident that many more players will discover my game, and in years to come, "Mind Control" will become a classic RPG Maker game![/p][p]Thank you to everyone who supports us. We will continue to deliver new emotions to players and create experimental gaming experiences.[/p][p]Thank you for being with us!

Halloween Update.
Happy upcoming Halloween!
[p]I've spent the whole month preparing a new major update, adding a lot of interesting content. This update is a collaboration with the YouTube channel Disturbing Horror Games, my favorite channel about horror games! Together, we have created a truly unique experience for you, guaranteed to scare you with its creepy gameplay and design choices.

Hint:
You can find the update's content on the second floor. To do this, you need to open a small door in the computer store using a toy key that can be found in the toy store.
[/p]

[p]What's New:[/p]
 • [p]A new quest and a secret location on the second floor.[/p]
 • [p]A new enemy group.[/p]
 • [p]2 new mini-bosses.[/p]
 • [p]5 new music tracks.[/p]
 • [p]2 new artifacts and the "Piggy Bank of Evil" mechanic.[/p]
 • [p]2 achievements.[/p]
 • [p]A new illustration by pomo_sant, available for purchase in the vending machine*.[/p]
[p]*May not be available in old save files.[/p]

[p]Changes:[/p]
 • [p]The [c]E[/c] key now works just like any other action button.[/p]

[p]Fixes:[/p]
 • [p]Fixed a grenade-related error during escapes. The grenade count is now always displayed correctly.[/p]
 • [p]Fixed the death animation of the final boss: all body parts no longer disappear instantly upon death.[/p]
 • [p]Fixed an issue with the end-game results where under certain circumstances the player could incorrectly receive the highest combat rank.[/p]
 • [p]Fixed a bug where "Antoinette's Face" would not be visible to the player in the inventory after being picked up.[/p]
 • [p]And many other bugs that I forgot to mention here for some reason.[/p]

Bug fixes and Korean language translation (BETA).

[p]The game has received a Korean translation thanks to user X: HingHingman. The translation was done using artificial intelligence, so it might be inaccurate in some places. Because of this, the translation will be marked as BETA until it is verified by someone or adjusted by the player community. Nevertheless, I decided to add the translation to the game because I believe it will make the game accessible to more players! I greatly appreciate your attention and the opportunity to give players a new gaming experience.

A small number of issues have been fixed in the game, including:[/p]
 1. [p]Added missing text in places where only Cyrillic was present and English text was absent.[/p]
 2. [p]Fixed some significant issues in enemy battles, including the lack of interface in fights with multiple enemies.[/p]
 3. [p]Improved the elevator explosion scene at the end of Chapter 2.[/p]
 4. [p]Fixed an issue with Mulf in the conference room: now when he dies or loses, he appears to the player instead of becoming invisible.[/p]
 5. [p]Other minor bugs and rough edges have also been fixed.[/p]

Game Update! Doors!

[p]A new option to speed up door animations has been added to the menu. You can enable it if you want the door animations to play faster.[/p][p]Fixed a bug where puppet deaths did not affect the ending.[/p]
