Konami Releases Remade Version of Iconic Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater Opening

Konami has released a full look at the remade version of Snake Eater, the iconic opening for Metal Gear Solid 3. Just like the original game, this version has been edited by Kyle Cooper with a brand-new recording of the theme song by Cynthia Harrell.

However, while it’s incredibly similar to the original, there are actually a few new scenes included in this opening. You can see the full video down below.

Metal Gear Solid Δ: Snake Eater is a remake of the original Metal Gears Solid 3, which first released on PlayStation 2 in 2005. Interestingly, however, this remake differs a little bit from what we typically see.

The original story and even the voice acting have been entirely untouched, while the visuals and gameplay have been reworked and modernized.
