Fixes some critical issues with soul and some rebalance of items and skills

Gameplay changes
- You can now dodge poison (will not count as a hit)
- Increase XP requirements on weapons
- You now see 2 steps ahead of the soul ordering when unlocking the second soul ability
- The weapon rewards are now all random after first scorpion fight
- Properly rewards one random cast item before last fight now
Bugfixes
- When affected by unfocused cards that are +1 will now work properly
- Soul order fixed so that the first will be the lowest and the second will NOT be the highest
- Dodge now properly works when you are affected by bleed
