Patch 5.1.4

A small patch that fixes some critical issues

• Pocket watch now gives you +1 redraw even if you already have your max redraws.
  
• The popup upon completing all achievements will now always show correctly.
  
• Cleanse (spell card) now targets Herbert directly or a cursed slot.
  
• Cash hog (achievement) now properly rewards all coins you find.
