[h3]💎 Sigils. What are they, and what do they do?[/h3]

In the dangerous world of Sigilfarer, Sigils are your most important tool. They act as a shield between your caravan and the spreading plague. To survive in these risky lands, you need to understand and manage these magical crystals.



The protective Sigil, shown as a purple crystal, is your defence against the land's corruption. As you move across the hexagonal map, the Sigil's power weakens with each step. It's crucial to keep it charged to protect your group.

You can recharge your Sigil in a few ways. Cities offer a safe place to restore its power, and wild crystals you find on your journey can unexpectedly boost your defences. Also, carrying shards in your gear is smart for when your Sigil's energy is low.

If you don't keep your Sigil charged, your group will start taking damage. If this continues, it will lead to their defeat and eventually — a game over. So, managing your Sigil's energy is essential for survival!

[h3]🎲 Navigate Turn-Based Combat in Sigilfarer[/h3]

In Sigilfarer, turn-based combat combines strategy with action. Each battle requires you to make smart decisions, using your characters' special skills to defeat enemies.



During a fight, each character in your team can perform one action per turn, such as attacking, healing, or shielding. While you can't move during combat, arranging your team based on their abilities is key to success.

Enemies have similar options, so it's important to try and predict their moves and plan your strategy. Remember, one action can affect multiple targets! For example, you can shield yourself and your allies, or enemies might attack several of your team members at once, so stay alert and flexible.

Winning in Sigilfarer's turn-based combat means knowing your characters' strengths and weaknesses, as well as those of your enemies. By choosing your actions wisely and adapting your strategy, you can gain the upper hand in battle.

[h3]🎲 Unleash Your Strategy in Sigilfarer's Combat[/h3]

In Sigilfarer, rolling the dice is a big part of the fun and strategy in battles. When you dive into turn-based combat, the dice decide your moves, so planning and picking the right gear are super important.



When you bump into enemies, you switch to turn-based combat. Here, each character rolls a d6 to see what they can do that round. This adds a bit of luck to the mix, as both you and the enemies roll to decide your actions. But watch out—once in a fight, you can't look up enemy skills, making each fight a bit unpredictable!

Each character rolls just one die, but your gear can really change the game. Some equipment can cover more sides of the die, leaving fewer blank spots and boosting your chances of rolling something good. So, keep upgrading your gear to get better in battles!

If you don't like your roll, you can try again, but you can't do this too often. So, use your rerolls wisely to turn the battle in your favor.
