1.36 Update - USSR rebalance!

1.36 update will start rolling out soon so let's take a look at what's inside:

  • New USSR Officer and major balance update
  • Improved 2v2 invites (mobile only for now)
  • Infantry HP rework: squad units no longer have individual HP and share a total pool of HP now leading to a more predictable battle performance
