Patch v0.2.14

Fixed not being able to send a worker to a some quest locations (like Scrolls of the Ancient statues) sometimes
Fixed relic description not matching their actual effect
Added gray and black road dyes (and give them to players that already unlocked the other gray and black dyes)
Increased max build distance from home base by 50%
Reduced relic prices at balloon vendors to reasonable prices
Increased coin storage for saved games as well
Made attack hangar planes look more fierce
Fixed job description on Worker UI being wrong when repairing, upgrading or questing
Fixed buoy not animating
Fixed some typos
Various world geo updates
Updated some German and Chinese translations
