Patch notes v0.2.26

Remove Anti-aliasing quality setting as it is no longer used (May fix some crashes)
Fix custom quality settings not being kept when restarting the game
Fix workers not being able to take out home base fire
Fix buildings on fire not being shown as on fire when save/loading
