v0.5.1.2 version update patch

New Additions and Adjustments
1. Added a new firearm weapon, "Arcane Coil."
2. Increased the heat recovery of the firearm "Bone of the Evil Dragon" by 5 points.

Fixes
1. Fixed an issue where firearm attacks were not affected by attack speed changes.
2. Fixed firearms not reloading a bullet after jumping or rolling.
3. Fixed an issue with "Golden Destroyer" where holding down attack or special attack would still perform the special shooting action after mana was depleted.
4. Fixed display issue with the skill icon for the one-handed weapon "Big Fisher."
5. Fixed an issue where treasure description text displayed in Traditional Chinese instead of Simplified Chinese.
6. Fixed missing Traditional Chinese and English text for the effects of Mana Elixirs, Greater Mana Elixirs, Mana Drain Elixirs, and Greater Mana Drain Elixirs.
7. Fixed an issue where leaving the tutorial immediately prevented players from opening doors.
8. Fixed an issue where switching weapons in the camp could cause errors in multiplayer games.

Attempted Fixes
1. Attempted another fix for the treasure effect of "Fang of the Snow Beast" not triggering.
2. Attempted to fix the issue where the blacksmith NPC, Selena, occasionally disappears from camp.

New Features
1. Added local multiplayer mode, which can be started at the campfire for cooperative play.
2. Added a new weapon type: Musket, featuring 30 unique weapons with various skills.
3. Changes to Cursed Area: These are now non-combat areas where players can gain special cursed treasures or receive other benefits at the cost of accepting curses.
4. Introduced a new treasure category: "Cursed Treasures." This category includes 17 unique treasures with powerful effects but also comes with a curse. Curses can be purified using soul crystals at the Ethereal Life Spring.
5. Added a new NPC to the camp, the Goblin Merchant, Gridrik. He sells unlockable cosmetic parts and offers black market goods once the camp reaches max level.
6. Added new character cosmetic parts, some of which are unlockable through purchases from the Goblin Merchant.
7. Introduced a new treasure category, "Knockoffs," which the Goblin Merchant may offer randomly once the camp is at max level.
8. Removed the Hunter Tool "Jumping Shoes." Jumping is now a standard action for all characters. (Players who have customized their controls should rebind the jump key due to leftover data.)
9. Added a key binding preset function.
10. Add 3 late Halloween themed armor pieces.

Adjustments
1. Camp Decoration: The camp is now bigger and more visually appealing.
2. Adjusted the "Cursed Rune Shield" treasure effect and reclassified it as a Cursed Treasure.
3. "Recycle Gloves" treasure: Base recycle chance increased from 30% to 50%, cooldown reduced from 10s to 8s.
4. "Outlaw Bracers" treasure: Increased critical rate bonus from 10% to 15% for throws; max critical bonus increased from 50% to 75%.
5. "Heretic Mage's Gauntlet" treasure: Mana recovery on throw increased from 20 to 30, cooldown reduced from 5s to 4s, and rune magic projectile count increased from 3 to 4.
6. "Rune Gloves" treasure: Increased armor value gained on hit from 1 to 3, reduced max stacks from 5 to 2.
7. "Supply Beacon Staff" skill adjustment: Expanded supply crate impact range by 1.5x, now drops randomly on nearby enemies, and damage multiplier increased from 100% to 200%.
8. Staff Enchantment Adjustment: Previously, When consuming energy points, the satellite tracking and shooting enchantment effect has been adjusted. This has been adjusted to, based on enchantment level, consuming energy points will release (1/1/2/2) satellites, with a duration of (5/6/6/8) seconds.
9. Staff Enchantment Adjustment: Previously, when energy points were full, consuming a certain amount of mana would automatically activate and consume one energy point to produce a tracking satellite. This has been adjusted to no longer generate a tracking satellite.
10. Single-handed weapon enchantment: Previously, every shield attack hit would trigger a perfect block effect once within a set time, and any hit would reduce cooldown. The enchantment has been adjusted to remove the “any hit reduces cooldown” effect and significantly reduce the base cooldown time.
11. Single-handed weapon enchantment text update: Various actions that benefit from shield strikes, such as “Shield Bash” and “Shield Charge,” have been standardized as “Shield Attack” in enchantments to streamline text length.
12. Some staff enchantment effects text update for brevity.
13. Optimized "Black Knight’s Armor" display: Now shows current attack value gained.
14. Removed the potion "Poison."
15. Two-handed weapons now charge faster below charge lv.2 when directly using Power Charge action.
16. Removed the two-handed weapon enchantment "Gain shield on any charge attack."
17. Ethereal Coins can now refresh the shop. The in-game interface now displays Ethereal Coins instead of gold, though gold can still be viewed in the character status panel.
18. Visual updates to ground textures and expanded some kinds of areas.
19. In Safe Area, Ethereal Merchant now has multiple pedestals, allowing each player to interact individually.
20. Optimized UI at the Goblin Stylist for character customization.

Bug Fixes
1. Fixed an issue where multiplayer matchmaking could get stuck at 10%.
2. Resolved an issue where characters would occasionally be invisible in multiplayer.
3. Fixed Dual-Blades "Storm Axe"  skill to properly trigger treasure effects related to throws.
4. Fixed an issue allowing "Rebirth Amulet" to drop despite having the "Broken Rebirth Amulet."
5. Fixed display errors for "Ethereal Token" in the inventory.
6. Fixed an issue where the throwable boulder in Level 3 could not be destroyed.
7. Fixed the Alchemy Mix "Human Sarcoma" not activating correctly.
8. Fixed an issue causing summoned AI behavior to consistently move toward the upper right.
9. Fixed abnormal behavior for the Level 5 monster "Claw of Brokenness."
10. Corrected single-handed weapon jump attacks being classified incorrectly, preventing them from benefiting from basic attack bonuses.
11. Fixed an issue with Chaos weapons where duplicate weapons could appear.

of skin parts, giving you a richer selection to customize your one-of-a-kind treasure hunter outfit.

Dear Treasure Hunters,

First and foremost, the development team would like to extend our sincerest apologies.

Due to some slight delays in development progress, we regret to inform you that the content update

originally scheduled for October will now be postponed to November 6th. 🙇‍♂️🙏




But don’t worry, we’re here to share what’s coming in this update!

Highlights of the Upcoming Update:


[h3]The highly anticipated feature – Local Multiplayer Mode![/h3]

After this update, Lost Castle 2 will introduce a local co-op mode, allowing up to four players to

team up on the same screen for an exciting treasure hunting adventure!




[h3]Returning fan-favorite from Lost Castle1 – The Firearms[/h3]

We’ve heard your requests, and we’ve prepared around 30 new firearms (the dev team is working

hard to possibly add even more) for you to choose from. Get ready for some thrilling new weaponry,

including a wide variety of guns like:





[h3]New Mechanics and Cursed Treasures in the Cursed Area[/h3]

The cursed areas will now offer players the chance to exchange curses for special rewards.

Additionally, new Cursed Treasures will be added to the game.

【Cursed Treasures】 These treasures come with powerful effects, but they also carry certain curse

penalties that players must consider.



[h3]New Camp Additions and Purchasable Content[/h3]

We’ve done some redecorating around the camp! Now, players will be able to purchase special items

from the Goblin Merchant using in-game currency, providing new ways to enhance your starting

adventure.

We deeply apologize for the delay and truly appreciate your patience. The development team is hard at

work putting the final touches on the update and testing everything to ensure the best possible local

co-op experience.

v0.4.3.3 version update patch

Adjustments
1. Slightly reduced the overall damage multiplier for several black hole skills.
2. Optimized the follow-up performance for some single-handed weapon actions; slightly increased the damage multiplier for counter-attack shield strikes, slightly reduced the damage multiplier for shield thrust attacks derived from counters, and reduced the damage multiplier for shield thrust attacks derived from single-handed weapons.

Fixes
1. Fixed an issue where the "Storm Axe" dual blade skill did not trigger throw-related effects.
2. Fixed an abnormal hit reaction when the refresh rate is set below 60 FPS.
3. Fixed an issue where the treasure "Recycling Gloves" caused damage to the player when generating throwable items.
4. Fixed an issue where throwable items occasionally could not be lifted in online games.
5. Fixed an issue where the special attack module for the "Hero's Spear" and "Rock Thunder Spear" might not smoothly connect between actions.
