Playtest Patch Notes - July 10, 2024
- Fixed several issues that could cause the game to crash
Thanks for playing, see you in the dungeons.
If you're looking forward to the release of Dungeonborne, the PvPvE dungeon crawler, it's worth noting that you might not be able to play it on the Steam Deck. This information comes from users participating in the current playtest who say they have been banned after playing the game on Valve's handheld.
Even as the best handheld gaming PC on the market, the Steam Deck has its weaknesses when it comes to gaming. One example is the Linux operating system's incompatibility with various anti-cheat software.

If, like me, you think a lot of extraction games feel a bit too similar, you may not want to try yet another new one on the market. But, what if I told you this one had skeletons and swords instead of militias and rifles? Dungeonborne uses the tried and tested formula games like Escape from Tarkov and Gray Zone Warfare have mastered, but infuses it with Skyrim-style dungeons filled with supernatural baddies for you and your squad to hack, slash, and fire spells through.
