Towerful Defense: A Rogue TD News

Hi, it's me, FVS, the solo dev of Towerful Defense: A Rogue TD.

As you may already know, I'm working on the first expansion of the game, which is coming in a few months.

Today, I'm very happy to show you the very first and early look at it. Here's how you get it:

• Right-click on the game in your Steam library and select Properties...
  
• Select Betas tab in the popup
  
• Select public_beta_no_password... from the dropdown (select None to go back to the default version)
  
• Cose the popup and launch the game

Again, it's just for an early look at where the game is heading, there are still tons of cool things that are not there yet and they will all be available in February 2025.

Now it's time for celebration, and the only right way to do it is by adding more content to the game 🤘

So, I officially announce The First Expansion DLC (a.k.a update v1.2) is coming, it is free, of course. It will bring new game modes and accompanying contents, as well as many improvements to the game. Expect it will be BIG!

I'm a solo dev and I was completely working from while working on this game. The development of the game emitted approximately 323.44 kg of CO2, and that scored an A rating on the sustainability scale of a sale event the game is participating. The sale is happening on Steam soon with many other games revealing their CO2 emission and rating, watch out for it!

I'm experimenting around with a new game whose premise goes like this: Shoot your way out of a relentless pursuit in the middle of a desert in your armed truck to deliver a stolen Time Relic. Harness the relic's power to aid your escape, but brace yourself for the unimaginable consequences.

V1.30 is now live with a new Hostility - Onboarding. With it, you'll get the taste of victory more easily and understand the basic strategy of the game better, and that will definitely help you beat more challenging hostilities ahead.
