- Added help text for loading custom draft classes on Save Draft Class screen

- Reverted assist window from 2 seconds back to 3 seconds
- Fixed CPU not calling timeouts when Auto Substitutions is disabled
- Fixed CPU waiting too long to release a shot when the clock is about to expire
- Fixed CPU calling timeouts after the game has already ended
- Fixed play icons not appearing when Offensive Play Icons is set to Player
