Beta Update: Cavalry adjustments, “Standby Point” added, and bug fixes
【Specification Changes & Balance Adjustments】
• Adjusted the display of reasons why jobs are halted in the job list panel to make them more accurate
• Added a feature to display the number of people currently eating in the job list panel
• Changed the maximum level of the Kitchen Tower to 1; removed kitchen tower workers
• Separated the peace standby point and battle point; units now move to the battle point in the evening on days when battles occur
• Removed artillery units from the list of units that can mount
• Changed the specification so that cavalry units can no longer be stationed in towers and other buildings (this was done for realism but may be reconsidered later)
【.Bug Fixes】
• Fixed a bug that prevented starting a new game on maps larger than size 256
• Fixed a bug where horse couriers would keep their previous transport tasks even after switching the target item, causing them to stop while searching for the wrong item
• Fixed a bug where idle worker Zundamons could get stuck due to a process change made when fixing the issue of enemy units getting stuck at headquarters
• Fixed a bug where relocated floors were excluded from the reforestation targets after reconstruction
• Fixed a bug where felled trees were not placed on the ground when starting on a map larger than size 256
• Fixed a bug where samurai would appear in a T-pose
• Fixed a bug where, depending on the building’s angle, the destination cell for stables could extend outside the structure, preventing soldiers from reaching it
• Fixed a bug where the starting point of formation commands would sometimes be incorrect
• Fixed a bug where enemy units walking along the x=0 coordinate would move toward point (0,0)

Cavalry Introduced and Performance Optimized

Zundamon Castle has received cavalry units!
【Content Additions & Specification Changes】
1. Added technologies for the Stable and Horse Ranch (Military and Domestic technologies)
2. Added Cavalry (To mount a unit on a horse, build a Stable and move the unit there)
3. Added an option to disable the function that omits distant units from being rendered
4. Optimized the processing of damage text for better performance
5. Changed the previously heavy process made to fix warehouse input/output bugs to a faster one based on the old system, improving game performance
6. Optimized and lightened the process that had become heavy due to the fix for the Lumber Mill bug
7. Optimized the process for the Tree Planting Hut
【Bug Fixes】
1. Fixed a bug where battles involving Ninja Ladder Soldiers would freeze at the start
2. Fixed a bug where additional builders would remain floating in the air when dismantling buildings like Flat Turrets during construction
3. Fixed a bug where wood was not collected (wood drop location was set to coordinate (0,0))
4. Fixed a bug where the orientation of placed shields was reversed
5. Fixed a bug where Zundamon’s portrait did not appear in the character detail panel of Shield Soldiers
6. Fixed a bug where the Shield Soldier Barracks did not function as a barracks capable of assigning troops
7. Fixed a bug where items from under-construction warehouse-type buildings (like Flat Turrets) were sometimes transported elsewhere

Bug Fixes
[Balance Adjustments & Bug Fixes]
• Slightly weakened the cavalry wave in the final challenge on Hard difficulty.
• Fixed a bug where two or more lumberjack huts could target the same tree for logging. Also fixed a freeze bug that could occur as a result.

Bug Fixes
【Bug Fixes】
• Fixed a bug in Trial 4 where the level-up button for production facilities could still be pressed after loading, even when the building had already reached the maximum level of 15.
• Fixed a rare issue (with a probability of about 1 in tens of thousands) where the game would freeze at the start of a battle.
• Fixed a bug where the average enemy level was not being calculated correctly when the number of enemies exceeded the maximum spawn limit.
• Fixed a bug where the system could not correctly select the nearest warehouse when storing items.
• Fixed a bug where the "Cancel Battle Point" button was functioning the same as the "Return to Barracks" button.
• Fixed a bug where the labor animation for Working Zundamon was not being displayed during work.
• Corrected the description of the Tamon Yagura (Multi-gate Tower), which incorrectly stated that it could only hold 8 soldiers.

Bug Fixes & Campfire Added
【Content Additions & Specification Changes】
1. Due to the significant fire damage caused by lightning strikes, we’ve limited the number of building fires that can occur from lightning during a single heavy rainstorm. (While it's historically accurate for castle towers to burn down from lightning, having fires break out all over the place doesn’t feel realistic in-game, so we've adjusted the system to reduce the chances of that happening.)
2. Added "Basic Cooking" and "Princess Rice" to the bottom of the domestic technology tree. Cooking will now be done not in the kitchen turret but using campfires or the new "kitchen" facility planned for future updates.
3. Increased the number of enemy units slightly during the mid-game ashigaru (foot soldier) challenge in "Shura" mode, as it had become too weak compared to regular raids.
4. For characters like Zunko who join your party after a challenge, the home base will now automatically become a combat point right after they are recruited.
【Bug Fixes】
1. Fixed a bug where the game would freeze during combat if a commander appeared on Peaceful difficulty. (This was caused by missing commander parameters specific to the Peaceful difficulty setting.)
2. Fixed an issue where, upon constructing a building, the flowing water check would trigger on nearby water and cause unintended flooding depending on the terrain.
3. Fixed a bug where changing recipes didn’t properly cancel the previous item transport task.
4. Fixed a bug where relocating the horse station (basyaku) would cause the associated work to stop.
