As drivers complete lap after lap, their Stamina stat gradually decreases, directly affecting their Speed. This dynamic makes Driver Swaps a vital part of long-format races, rewarding well-balanced teams with better overall performance. When selecting your driver crew, it’s also important to factor in their Speed in Dry and Wet conditions, ensuring your team can adapt to changing weather across the race.
