This update improves a few things in the Socials window. You can now set up filters for the types of people you'd like to meet.
The potential friends you meet will also come with experience based on their age. They'll have some level of qualifications and XP in everything needed to reach their job:

- Added sorting household and friends by compatibility, age and opinion in Socials window
- Added meeting people filter settings window
- Strangers spawn with education, XP and career paths depending on age
- Auto spawn a trade school and university at new game start
- Change meeting people algorithm to allow for wider range of ages
