SuperStore Devlog #4: Make Your Customers Happy π
Depending on who you ask, there are many ingredients to run a successful SuperStore. Some will say it's the selection of the right products ποΈ, others will claim it's all about location, location, location π. Maybe itβs the placement of the shelves and the products on them ποΈ? In our opinion, the main ingredient is one: the happiness of your customers π. In today's devlog, we will talk about just that. So, how will you make your customers happy in SuperStore?
Have a Variety of Products π
Each customer will come to the store with their shopping list π. Whether they find what they need or not is crucial to their happiness π. So, itβs always a good idea to have a variety of products so everyone can find what they need.
Make the Prices Fair π²
As you set up prices and promotions for each product, itβs very important not to be too greedy π. Of course, you run a business and need to make a profit πΌ, but if the prices are too high, even if someone finds what theyβre looking for, they might not buy it and won't be happy about it π.

Donβt Make Them Wait β³
No one likes to wait in lines πΆ - and neither do your customers. So, donβt make them wait. Whether itβs at the register π, the toilet π», or even to enter the shop πͺ, swift actions ensure that the store runs smoothly and everyone leaves happy π. If they wait too long β±οΈ, they might leave the shop and abandon their goods - which means more for you to clean up π§Ή.
Clean Up Your Mess π§½
Running a store can create a lot of mess ποΈ - empty boxes π¦, clogged toilets π½, products and baskets left on the floor π§Ί, or even items destroyed during shopping ποΈ. Every messy item decreases customer happiness π£. So, grab your broom and get to work π§Ή.

Every customer that leaves your store will go to a special machine where they can share their thoughts about their visit π¬. Was it good π, or did they leave angry π‘? Based on that feedback, Corporate will review your performance as the manager of SuperStore. If everything is in order, you can expect a promotion π. If not, punishment will be imminent β οΈ.
Now we have a question for you - our community. What else should influence the mood of the customer? Share your ideas in the comments π¬, and weβll see if we can implement them. Become a part of creating this title! π
