From Mind-Controlling parasites to saving the world, the updates have kept on coming (and we're not done yet)! [/p][p][/p][p]Before the end of the year, Plague Inc: Evolved will have a brand new game mode free for all players, Outbreak![/p][p][/p][p]Outbreak Mode gives you a unique new Plague Inc. challenge every 24 hours. Adapt and exploit unique mutators that fundamentally change both your Plague and the world.[/p][p][/p][p]We've dedicated years to Plague Inc. and will dedicate many more to it yet! [/p][p]Slightly embarrassingly, I just realised we forgot to celebrate Plague Inc.’s 13th Birthday last month![/p][p][/p][p]We were so busy releasing a whole new game about what happens after Plague Inc. that everything else slipped our mind…[/p][p][/p][p]But anyway, 13 years old! Hard to believe that something made as a hobby initially now has over 200 million players worldwide with countless updates and expansions.[/p][p][/p][p]Recently, we released the World in 2025 update and there is a lot more to look forward to. We are working hard on a new free game mode and a new special disease type is on the way as well - so keep an eye out (and wash your hands)[/p][p][/p][p]Thanks for being part of the journey so far :)[/p][p]James[/p][p]
