Update 0.4.16

Update 0.4.16 introduces lobby chat and improves the lobby server list.

Patch Notes:

User Interface:
- Chat is now available in the lobby
- Improved lobby list widget
- Camera scroll speed is now configurable in the settings

Gameplay:
- Reduced lethality of Wendigo charge attack
- Glistening Prairie map rework

Update 0.4.15

Update 0.4.15 smoothes mission experience and unit attack behavior.

Patch Notes:

Mission:
- Missions no longer have time limits (except Horde missions)
- Military Hospitals are now available in missions

Gameplay:
- Idle units that are attacked now counterattack automatically
- Automatically attacking units return back if they moved away too far
- Reduced attack range of melee units from 1 to 0.5

Menu:
- Lobby join filters are no longer saved between game restarts

User Interface:
- Quickcast: Abilities can be executed on the release of the keyboard shortcut

Update 0.4.14

Update 0.4.14 adds cheater AI difficulties and a lot of quality of life improvements and bugfixes.

Patch Notes:

AI:
- Cheater AI is now available in custom lobbies
- Resolved an issue where armies of the AI could wait indefinitely

Mission:
- Wave spawned through side objective does no longer chase indefinitely
- Combat unit stats rebalancing
- Quickselect keys now work correctly on the home island
- Added a hint for players to build a depot

Gameplay:
- Harvesters now distribute faster to available resources
- Commands to targets that are not reachable are no longer executed
- The relic can no longer be dropped into an unfinished harbor

Academy:
- Rebalanced medal difficulties

Stability:
- Resolved a crash when building fence gates
- Carriage attack projectile is now visible
- Resolved a crash that could occur when removing AI from the lobby
- Host no longer stops the game when UI errors occur

Other:
- The game now pauses in solo play when the main menu opens
- Chat messages duplicates no longer appear during pause

Update 0.4.13

Update 0.4.13 introduces a new spellcaster, the Standard Bearer who empowers nearby troops.

Patch Notes:

Features:
- Standard Bearer replaces Field Medic
- New cannon ability: Cannon retreats fast without the need of turning first.
- The military hospital now heals nearby units when essence is stored inside it.
- Exploding burrowed barrels now causes a chain reaction

Standard Bearer abilities:
- Place standard: Units near the standard have faster movement speed
- Parry: Melee units near the bearer receive extra armor
- Incite: Ranged units near the bearer deal more damage (previously the cannon's 3rd ability)

Visuals:
- New Firing Range model
- Improved various icons

User Interface:
- Edge scrolling and mouse capture can be set in video settings
- Build dragging of palisades completes on mouse release

Modding:
- Error handling improvements
- UI variables can be initialized separately
- Mod ui references are now strings instead of imports
- Type reps usage syntax is now always with "." instead of ":".

Update 0.4.12

Update 0.4.12 brings customizable health bars, faction rebalancing and introduces Steam Cloud.

Patch Notes:

Steam:
- Mission saves, academy progress and user settings will now be synced between devices through Steam cloud.

Balancing:
- Health and damage was adjusted across all units, upgrades, abilities and structures to make veteran and elite upgrades less impactful
- Cleric heal over time duration doubled but health per second halved
- Sharpshooter cost increased to 120
- Structures are repaired faster

Other:
- Healthbar visibility and color can now be configured
- Resolved an issue where a Saloon that was upgraded directly to II would not give the one time fame bonus
- Tribal Ritual II requirement is now correctly removed from tooltip once acquired
- Damage vs structures is now shown in the attack breakdown tooltip

Modding:
- Lobby members having mismatching lua files, will now cause an error indicating this
- Unit range UI now allows decimal places
- Production charge UI now use string input
- Units with speed 0 no longer get pushed while aiming
- Resolved a crash when editing the terrain under a structure
- Testmap was removed but uploaded to the workshop
