Creepy Tale: Some Other Place News

You know, when you develop scene by scene, immersed in the game, sometimes you don’t notice anything outside of it, and if no one from the outside pulls you and says, “Hey, you already have enough assets for a trailer,” then you won’t even think about taking a break from your to-do list and moving on to something completely different, like a trailer.

So we decided to prepare for the release, and to please you with something truly new.

Our trailer turned out to be plot-based, with voice acting. Thanks to Christina Sherman, who acting as narrator here.

Creepy Tale is a mysterious quest rich in riddles and eerie atmosphere. An autumn morning promised a quiet fishing trip, but events took our hero to "some other place." Find the way home, uncover loads of secrets, and save everyone that you can.

Today the “Next Fest” festival has begun on Steam and Creepy Tale: Some Other Place is taking an active part in it!

While big studios are competing in the detail of facial animation and the size of the game world, we continue to bend our line and calmly creating small and maximally cozy creepy tales.

The new part returns to the roots, where simplicity and minimalism frighten and fascinate, confuse and provide food for thought. We decided to discard the superfluous and bring to perfection all that remains.
Creepy Tale: Some Other Place tells a completely new story that takes place in our fairytale world. A dynamic quest awaits you, packed with vivid events and characters.

A quiet autumn morning promised a wonderful fishing. Young Martin, having dug up a many of worms, wound a new fishing line on his older brother's fishrod, and with a brisk step came to his favorite place to the old broken bridge. As time went. The bucket gradually filled with fish and Martin was already thinking about going home, when suddenly someone patted him on the shoulder...

Events swirled and now our hero is already rushing after a strange furry monster who stole all his catch. Having made his way through the hollow of a huge tree and looking around, Martin realized that everything around had changed. Taking a deep breath, the boy felt that the air was filled with new, unfamiliar aromas. He took a closer look and realized that he would not recognize this forest, he would not recognize this world. Perhaps such a thought would not have crossed the mind of an adult, but the child understood right away that he was in “some other place”.
