A new PBB update for Expeditions has just landed!
This update brings Season 3 fresh content, quality-of-life improvements, and key fixes to help us prepare for the upcoming season.

[h3]New Content & Features[/h3]
🗺️ Added a new map: Transylvanian Alps
🕳️ Added a new cave map: Transylvanian Caves
🚚 New trucks:
✅ Haukka NS-420
✅ KRS 63 Pathfinder
✅ TUZ 302 Capricorn
📡 New drones:
✅ Anchor Drone 4-NCR – becomes a stationary anchor when powered
✅ Scout Drone SCT-6 – creates its own coverage zone for other drones
🧑🔧 New specialists:
✅ Thomas Stevenson – reduces electricity consumption for drones & addons
✅ Henry McOir – boosts objective rewards and unlocks a rare sellable item during expeditions
📡 Radar rework – now powered by electricity
🧗♂️ Updated surface friction model – improved realism for rock crawling
🤝 Co-op improvements – fixed bag bug + added 3 new ping options to the radial menu
🌍 Shared Progress overhaul – guests can now earn full progress & build using shared or host funds
🏗️ Base Module UI fully redesigned with bug fixes
🔨 Object construction pop-up has been reworked
⏸️ Pause menu now available in HQ
🎮 Winch object selection system reworked for controllers

[h3] Fixes & Improvements [/h3]
🛠️ Fixed: Softlock when using UI elements while adding an Anchor
🌿 Fixed: Unnecessary grass shadows with Ultra shadow settings
🔊 Fixed: Visual artefacts & added new sounds on Coconino and SlipRock Swamps
📊 Fixed: Inconsistent range values across screens when prepping for deploy
🌀 Fixed: Recovery failing to trigger in certain cases
💸 Fixed: Deploy blocked by negative balance pop-up even after balance returned positive
🧲 Fixed: Wheel drone dragging near evac zone instead of teleporting
🚛 Fixed: Wheel drone spawning inside scout carrier after traveling between maps
🪨 Potential fix for low-res rock textures
[h3]Quality of Life[/h3]
⚙️ Gearbox overhaul: Offroad & Fine-tune now have extra manual modes
🧑💼 Reworked specialist selection flow
🗺️ Added: Map icon for trucks that need towing
🆕 Added: “New” label for newly unlocked trucks
❌ Removed: “Insufficient equipment” pop-up
📉 Slight performance boost on Customize screen when switching between module types
🏞️ Performance improved on East Beskids map
🔋 Drones & some vehicles are now resistant to engine shutdown when rolled
💪 Engine torque modifiers added when towing
🔧 Drone winches rebalanced and moved to a separate file
[h3]Known Issues[/h3]
⚠️ No rewards given after completing the “Getting Closer” expedition
📻 Radio interference persists after “Await Further Instructions” expedition
🌲 Truck gets stuck in a tree in “Northwest Outpost” when using 3 vehicles
🛠️ “Customize” button disabled after completing the “First Trip” tutorial (only affects that expedition)
