Sanctions regarding the Journey in Memory issue

We have made adjustments to address the issue.[/p][p][/p][p]However, we’ve monitored the users affected and noticed some accounts repeatedly took advantage of the error to gain rewards repeatedly.[/p][p][/p][p]As mentioned on our Operation Policy, such actions may result in sanctions being applied to your account. [/p][h3]■ Sanctions applied due to violations of the Operation Policy[/h3][p]* Date: March 30, 2026[/p][p]* Reason: Obtaining Items/Rewards by exploiting game errors[/p][p]* Affected Users: 71 Users[/p][p][/p][h3]■ Notes[/h3][p]* If your game is not updated, content that requires other players (Co-op, Arena) may be problematic. Please make sure to restart the game to download the patch before engaging in these contents.[/p][p]* Sanctions applied are based on and are applied according to the degree of error usage.[/p][p]* You can view detailed information about the operation policy in the operation policy.[/p][p]* Sanctions are applied on a per-account basis, and in the event of a permanent restriction, all servers related to the account will be permanently restricted.[/p][p]* Objections can be submitted via 1:1 inquiry to the Customer Center within 15 days of the restriction on use.[/p][p][/p][p]Thank You[/p]
