Notice of Account Restrictions for violating operational policies

Masters of the Book,

As previously mentioned in the separate notice released April 12, 2024, the development and operations teams of ASTRA: Knights of Veda have been conducting a concentrated monitoring period of accounts engaging in gameplay through abnormal means.

As a result, we have confirmed numerous violations of our terms of service, such as unauthorized programs or data manipulation, through accounts that are not utilizing official clients of the game.

In order to protect the integrity of the gameplay experience, we have taken measures to restrict access to the game in accordance with our operational policy.

Moving forward, we are committed to ongoing data analysis and monitoring to ensure that all Masters of the Book can enjoy the game content fairly.

- April 15: 519 accounts
- April 16: 2023 accounts
- April 17: 1612 accounts
※ Game access restrictions are applied to the account. When permanent game access restrictions are applied, access to the game on all servers is permanently restricted.

We will continue to address abnormal game behavior, and kindly ask for understanding in the lengthy process required to ensure that these restrictions do not affect innocent accounts.
