Co-op Issue Rewards and Restrictions Notice

Masters of the Book,

First of all we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the Hero’s Shoe issue and the unsatisfactory level of service provided.

We announced in the ‘Compensation for Excessive Rewards in Co-op’ notice about the details of the compensation and restrictions, and these have now been applied.

Also during today’s maintenance, compensation has been provided based on the following formula.

[h3] ■ Reward Notice [/h3]

1. Calculate the total amount of shoes consumed between April 2, 2024 and the fix that was applied on April 16, 2024
 - Adventurer’s Shoes used + (Number of Hero’s Shoes x 80)
2. Calculate the number of Hero’s Shoes used in co-op at Adventure Level 6 or higher
 - The number of Hero’s Shoes used in co-op (2 or 3-player) at Adventure Level 6 or higher x80
3. Compensate with Hero’s Shoes equivalent to 1.5 times the quantity of shoes remaining after excluding the number of Hero’s Shoes used in a party at Adventure Level 6 or higher from the total shoe count. 
 - ((point 1 – point 2) x 1.5) divided by 80 (rounded to the nearest whole number)
4. Minimum compensated Hero’s Shoes is set at 5
 - If the result from Step 3 is between 0 and 4 pairs of Hero’s Shoes, 5 shoes will be sent.


※ Compensation will not be provided to the 189 accounts that were subject to the account restrictions
※ A maximum of 5 Hero’s Shoes can be held at a time. 
 - If you cannot receive the rewards attached to your mail, please make sure to use all Hero’s Shoes you possess, then attempt to collect the mail again. 
※ The deadline for collecting the Hero’s Shoes is June 1, 2024 05:59 (UTC), May 31, 2024 10:59 PM (PDT) 

Additionally, for those Masters of the Book who are just starting out, we plan to provide Hero’s Shoes to your in-game mail. Please check the details below.

- Support Period: April 18, after maintenance - June 1, 2024 05:59 (UTC), May 31, 2024 10:59 PM (PDT)
- Eligible Accounts: Accounts made after April 16, 2024 06:40 (UTC), April 15 11:40 PM (PDT)
- Support Item : Hero’s Shoes x5
※ The storage period for the mail containing support items is 30 days from the date of issuance.
