We would like to inform you about ongoing known issues that are currently affecting game play.

Our development team is working hard to identify the root causes and implement necessary fixes as swiftly as possible, ensuring a better gaming experience for all.

Should any issues be resolved or further instructions be required, we will provide updates through patch notes or through this notice so make sure to check back for updates.



[h2]■ Tutorial[/h2]
- During the equipping 'Yanko' stage of the tutorial, if you close the book before equipping Yanko, the tutorial may not proceed as intended. Fixed 04/02 11:00 UTC

[h2]■ Knights of Veda[/h2]
- The basic attack effect of "Ardor" does not indicate the actual hit position of the skill.

[h2]■ UI[/h2]
- In certain circumstances when using the mailbox, there's an issue where the red notification marker remains even after all stored mail has been checked. (Added: 04/03 02:15 AM PDT, 4/3 9:15 AM UTC)
- There is an issue where the sparkling effect of enchanted equipment does not show in the icon of the weapon.
Only one item will display in the popup when multiple items are received for the "First Encounter" reward.
- Guild applications that have expired do not disappear from the Guild Applications list.
- When idling in Todburg for extended periods of time, other user nicknames may not appear.
- When there are many users in Todburg, the [User Information] button will display abnormally.
- The recommended friends list may duplicate entries in certain situations.
- After clearing 1-12, a popup will appear which cannot be followed through with.

[h2]■ System [/h2]
- When attempting to connect to the game, a message saying 'The current game version does not match. Please restart the game.' is displayed, making it difficult to connect. Fixed 04/02 11:00 UTC
- On certain mobile devices, during the tutorial, the control key selection screen intermittently appears, and the game freezes. Fixed 04/02 11:00 UTC
- There is an intermittent issue where push notifications are not received.
- [AOS] An issue where notifications are received regardless of the in-game notification settings has been discovered.
- [AOS] In certain situations, the world map will appear abnormally.
- [iOS] There is an issue where it is not possible to go back when entering the [Settings - Account - Account Center] window.
- A problem has been identified when entering the [Settings - Account - Account Center].

- There is an issue where login authentication is lost after a certain period of time when putting the game to the background.
- There is an intermittent issue where the Steam account login connection is lost when accessing the Steam version of the game.
- An issue where the Steam version of the game will freeze upon launch.
※ For those who suffer this issue, please make sure to delete the ACE Anti-cheat folder from your Program Files folder on your PC, and restart the game.
- When a guild leader expels a guild member, an error popup is displayed instead of expelling the member properly (Added: 04/02 10:25 PM PDT, 4/3 5:25 AM UTC)

[h2]■ Adventure [/h2]
- Issue where clearing the 7-4 adventure stage is impossible
> After the battle in the 7-4 adventure stage, the cutscene proceeds but does not complete, and the clear rewards cannot be obtained.
> We are currently identifying the cause and will do our utmost to quickly correct this error, as it hampers progress in the adventure.

■ Issues that will be fixed:

1. If you exit the book screen without equipping Yanko during the Knights of Veda formation tutorial, the tutorial does not proceed properly.

2. When attempting to connect to the game, a message saying 'The current game version does not match. Please restart the game.' is displayed, making it difficult to connect.

3. On certain mobile devices, during the tutorial, the control key selection screen intermittently appears, and the game freezes.

Users that have been affected by the Yanko issue so far should be able to play now.

The issue hasn't been fixed completely so if anyone still runs into this issue (closing out the book screen without equipping Yanko) from this point, it will take some time for that to be resolved. However, the devs are working on a permanent fix that will be deployed as soon as it is ready.

If you haven't run into this issue yet, please make sure to equip Yanko without exiting out of the book screen to prevent it from happening. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this has caused and thank you for your understanding.

The first event Call of the Stars, event character "Black Sun Xanthia," comes searching for you.

For a limited time, the chance to summon "Black Sun Xanthia," along with Ardor, Nayan, Capechhi, and their exclusive weapons, will increase.

- April 2, 2024 01:00 (UTC) - until the regular maintenance on April 25, 2024.
- April 1, 2024 06:00 PM (PT) - until the regular maintenance on April 24, 2024.

[h3]■ Event Introduction[/h3]
- During the event period, when proceeding with the 'Event Call of the Stars,' the appearance rate of 5★ Knights of Veda "Black Sun Xanthia" will increase.
· The first Event Call of the Stars character, "Black Sun Xanthia," will not be added to the regular Call of the Stars afterwards.
- During the event period, when proceeding with the 'Event Call of the Stars,' the appearance rates of 4★ Knights of Veda "Arrows of Storm Ardor," "Walrus Messenger Nayan" and "Noxious Gas Capecchi" will increase.
- If a 5-star does not appear during the Call of the Stars, points towards the Grace of the Holy Grail accumulate,
and once full, the next Call of the Stars guarantees obtaining one 5-star Knight of Veda or equipment.
· If a 5★ Knight of Veda or 5★ equipment is obtained before the Grace of the Holy Grail is full, the accumulated points will be reset.
- Users can try out the Knights on this Event Call of the Stars through the “Journey in Memory” Event.
· Various rewards can be earned from completing the event.
- Detailed information about the Star's Call can be found by clicking the ‘?’ button at the top left of the Call of the Stars screen.
- Detailed information about the acquisition rates can be checked through the '%' button at the bottom left of the Call of the Stars screen.
- Grace of the Holy Grail Points accumulated through the Call of the Stars event will be maintained even after the event period ends, and can be used in the next Call of the Stars event.

- If a 5★ does not appear during the Call of the Stars, points towards the Grace of the Holy Grail accumulate,
and once full, the next Call of the Stars guarantees obtaining one 5★ Knight of Veda or equipment.
· If a 5★ Knight of Veda or 5★ equipment is obtained before the Grace of the Holy Grail is full, the accumulated points will be reset.
- Users can try out the Knights on this Event Call of the Stars through the “Journey in Memory” Event.
· Various rewards can be earned from completing the event.
- Detailed information about the Star's Call can be found by clicking the ‘?’ button at the top left of the Call of the Stars screen.

- Get up to 1,600 Starstones by using the same account on both PC and Mobile.

If you sign up to ASTRA: Knights of Veda for the first time on Steam, you will need to link an external account for cross-platform play. Please connect a supported external account through the "Account Center Page (Link)" to link an account with a mobile platform.
- When linking an external account, only accounts that have no ASTRA:Knights of Veda game data can be used.
-To use a mobile platform account on Steam, please select "Start with an Existing Account" from the account selection screen when you run the game on Steam for the first time.
- When you log in as "Start with a new account" a new Steam Account will be created, so it is not possible to link with a previous mobile account.
- When you log in with "Start with an Existing Account" the existing mobile account will be linked to the Steam account, so please not that new sign-ups on Steam are not possible.
