Toribash 5.67 is now available!

The new version brings a reworked first-person camera view for Tori and Uke and various bug fixes.

[h3]New first-person camera view for Tori and Uke (press 3 or 4)[/h3]

The reworked first person camera now accurately follows the position your character is currently looking at, features wider FOV and includes optional smoothing via /opt povcamsmoothness setting.

[h3]Other changes:[/h3]
  • Fixed bug with mods loaded on startup via "save gamerules" setting potentially spawning players at wrong positions
  • Lua: Added Vector2 and Vector3 classes with base functionality, legacy references that aren't class instances are now referred to as Vector2Base and Vector3Base respectively
  • Lua: Fixed bug with UIElements that use ignoreDepth parameter getting rendered incorrectly while joint state change flash is active
  • Minor internal updates to improve performance

Toribash 5.66 - 05/04/24 Update

Hi, this version features an update to Inventory and some bug fixes with minor improvements:

  • Quicker item deactivation
    Deactivating inventory items will no longer trigger full inventory reload and should make the process a bit less tedious
  • Lua updates
    • Built-in `open_replay()` function now supports a fourth `check_integrity_vel_threshold` argument for better control over replay integrity checker
    • Added new UIElement3D.syncPlayer(), UIElement3D.syncPlayerPosition() and UIElement3D.syncPlayerRotation() methods to use with UIElement3D objects attached to player bodyparts
  • Fixed bug with event UI not displaying all replays made in classic game mod in replay selector
  • Minor improvements to game UI performance

Changes in today's update:

  • Added search in Inventory
  • Added ability to mass update upgradeable items' levels in Inventory
  • Fixed bug with some UI getting broken after forging a flame and activating it from the prompt
  • Tweaked some status messages to better fit context they're showed in
