[h3]Hello and welcome back to the opener challenge event, brought to you by the Event Squad![/h3]
Special thanks to Jaker for providing this challenges opener!

In this event you will be provided with a pre-made opener to edit after a set number of frames in order to complete the challenges described.
Edit the opener after 50 frames have elapsed and beat the challenges to claim your prize! Extra special prizes will be given out to the best replay as usual!


Opener Challenge event is accessible from the News tab in your game client. Choose the event and press "Participate" to join!
Once you complete the basic objective, you'll see the "Submit" button on the bottom of your screen - pressing it will allow you to upload your replay to be reviewed by the Event Squad. Keep in mind that we will only judge your first replay uploaded this way, if you want to change your entry to a different replay you will need to upload it on the forums!
Please try to mention in your post you are changing your entry so we don't think you're trying to receive prizes twice!

The task is simple: play in modmania rooms while the event is in action, win games and get rewards!

General info
Each mod (or mod type) will stay in modmania rooms for 1 week and then will be changed to the next one.

Earlier this week, hampa tripped over some cables our game server went down, making all Toribash multiplayer rooms unavailable. To compensate for that, we're bumping login rewards for this weekend - you will be able to claim 50 TC Booster or Shiai Token every day. Enjoy!


We've also updated some Steam Cloud settings:

• All your replays from "my replays" folder will now sync across your devices
  
• Movememory data should no longer get deleted when verifying cache integrity (and will also be available on your Steam-connected devices)
  

New in this month's update:

• Betting system enhancements (suggestion on forums):
  
  • Automatic bet payback when no counter bets has been placed
    
  • Automatic bet refunds in case of players being afk
    
  • More informative status messages
• Fight winnings scaling based on your current streak (suggestion on forums) - multiplier starts at streak 3 and increases with every new opponent you defeat
  
  
• More information in post-fight message (shown in the middle of the screen) - now shows both Qi and TC you've earned
  
  
• Fixes:
  
  • Ignore feature now should work when ignored user isn't part of any clan
    
  • ST balance display should no longer randomly reset to 0 while in multiplayer
    
  • Games to next belt shows actual Qi left and not how much was left before current fight
    
  • Other miscellaneous fixes
