Just in time for Gamescom, we would like to present our new key art for Inspector Schmidt - The Ebbing!



"Inspector Schmidt - The Ebbing" is a playable North Sea mystery thriller. In this story-driven third-person RPG you explore the North Sea coast of Germany in the year 1870.

Following on from our first title "Inspector Schmidt - A Bavarian Tale", this is the second part of the “Inspector Schmidt” series.

As Inspector Valentin Schmidt on vacation, you dive into the open world, consisting of the small town of Havstedt and a picturesque peninsula. No sooner have you set foot on land than a brutal murder case shakes the community and thwarts your vacation plans. To prove your own innocence, you have to question residents, gather information, find clues and connect the dots. Can you uncover the truth behind the sea of lies and reveal the community's dark secrets without becoming a target yourself?

Visit us at Gamescom (21.-25.08.2024) and go on a search for clues in our new demo! You'll find us in Hall 10.2 at the Home of Indies stand, E010 - D011.

Our English demo update is coming! On Friday 24th of November.

With the new update, we migrated the demo to Unreal Engine 5.3. This version of the engine promises us significant performance improvements in the long run.
We have also changed our character workflow to present more beautiful models and improve the animations.
For the international version of the demo, we are currently translating all texts and dialogs into English. But don't worry: Moin, stays Moin!
