Playtest is Live!

[p]Hello friends![/p][p]Let me introduce you to Ankou – a white crow chick with a big, yet complicated heart. His world has been overrun by red devilkins! They’re everywhere: scurrying in minds, breaking things, turning crows angry and miserable. Ankou sees them clearly and burns with desire to save everyone from this unseen menace. He’s sure he just needs loyal allies and the right way to rid the world of this red plague![/p][p]On his journey, Ankou will meet all sorts of characters: crows, cats, dogs, rats, and even one particularly nasty cockroach. He’ll befriend some, make enemies of others, and some will try to use him. But the biggest challenge lies ahead: none of those he wants to save can see these devilkins...[/p][p]Provoron isn’t just a point-and-click quest. It’s a deeply personal story about unasked-for salvation and the search for oneself. The game makes you reflect on how easily we blame others while ignoring our own "red devilkins" – those inner conflicts and illusions that keep us from changing. Sometimes, to help the world, you must first understand yourself. What path will Ankou choose? Can he save others? Or does he first need to... save himself from himself? You’ll help him make this choice.[/p][p]And the most exciting part: you can start this journey right now![/p][p]The Provoron Playtest is officially live on Steam:[/p][p][dynamiclink][/dynamiclink]I invite you to step into the unique, hand-drawn world of the game, experience its atmosphere, and play the first chapters of Ankou’s story. Your impressions and feedback are incredibly important to me to polish the game before its full release.[/p][p]Provoron already supports text localization in English, Russian, Simplified Chinese, and German.[/p][p]Ankou believes you’re exactly the allies he needs! Welcome to his world – full of mysteries, invisible threats, and hope for salvation.[/p][p]Looking forward to your first steps in Provoron,

SIGN UP FOR THE PLAYTEST!

Hi everyone!

Today I want to announce a big event: the start of applications for the Provoron playtest!

This is an important step, as I've spent the last 7 years developing the story and working directly on creating this game — a requiem for childhood. Now, development is finally approaching its final stage. At the same time, I'm excited to open playtest sign-ups for you all, which will help me understand what's been done well in the game, and where some improvements are needed.

So, together with the demons in my head, I invite you to join the playtest:

Also, a special trailer has been prepared for this announcement, where you can see lots of new footage, scenes, and characters:

It’s time to step into the white feathers of Ankou — a little crow who is not accepted by those around him. Despite this, he sets off on a journey to make new friends and save the world from the invasion of strange, mischievous red imps. They steal and break things, interfere with achieving goals, and sometimes just sit on people's heads and shoulders, making life unbearably heavy for those around them.

The problem is, no one but Ankou can see these demons…

Do you know ProVoron?

Have you ever woken up thinking that something is obviously wrong. Things are out of place, or your old friends and acquaintances are behaving very strangely. And everyone seems to be okay with it. But for some reason you feel uncomfortable and even a little sad.

And Anku knows what it is. It's the demons.. or imps. You can call them whatever you want. Yes, they're everywhere! In the crevices of houses, hiding in the leaves, swarming in the heads, and every now and then they get naughty. They make scary noises, steal keys or just sit on our heads, which makes them heavy and we get tired faster.

You can't see them? Try closing your eyes. Now listen. Do you hear that faint rustle of little feet? There they are. Anku sees them with open eyes. And if close them, they disappear immediately. As someone say, if I don't see a problem, there's no problem. You do that a lot, don't you? You just close your eyes to small problems that are not so important now. And they just keep piling up, piling up, piling up..

Anku got tired of putting up with it. Tired of the crows changing around. Tired of the little demons swarming here and there. The only way is to get rid of the them and save the world. But that must be very difficult. You'll help Anku, won't you? If even a crow dares to do such a brave deed, it will be a simple matter for you, we're sure ^^

We want to show off more of Provoron very soon, be sure to add our game to your wishlist and subscribe on our social media:

Just shh, those little imps are sneaky and can hear you.
