House of Legacy – Weekly Update Plan (July 7th–13th)

[p]This Week’s Focus: The Vassal Prince System[/p][p] [/p][p]Last week, we expanded the noble house gameplay. This week, it's time to introduce a brand-new feature. Going forward, we’ll alternate between enriching the noble house mechanics and launching new systems, though occasionally, a feature may span multiple consecutive updates.[/p][p] [/p][p]The Vassal Prince System is a long-planned and exciting addition that ties closely with the royal family, noble houses, and even the bureaucratic structure.[/p][p] [/p][p]This week’s update includes five major components of the Vassal Prince content:[/p][p] [/p][p]1. Royal Bestowal and Suppression of Vassal Titles – Vassals can strengthen imperial rule but may also pose a threat to it.[/p][p] [/p][p]2. Exclusive Powers of Vassal Princes – Unlocks new and intriguing gameplay elements.[/p][p] [/p][p]3. Interactions between Vassal Princes and the Royal Family[/p][p] [/p][p]4. Interactions between Vassal Princes and Noble Houses[/p][p] [/p][p]5. Rivalries and Alliances among Vassal Princes[/p][p] [/p][p]This system introduces an entirely new gameplay framework, which will be further expanded with future content.[/p][p] [/p][p]We are also carefully collecting and evaluating all your suggestions. If the development of the Vassal Prince system goes smoothly this week, next week’s update will likely focus on noble house content—especially those features that have been most frequently requested and are quick for us to implement.[/p][p] [/p][p]Once again, thank you all for the support and encouragement you’ve shown since House of Legacy launched nearly two months ago. It’s your passion that drives our rapid and consistent update schedule, and we fully intend to keep up that momentum![/p][p] [/p]

Patch Notes V0.7.51

[p]1.Added a Search function to the clan member housing arrangement panel.[/p][p]2.Added manual input for quantities in scenarios such as opening granaries for distribution, lending supplies to other clans, bringing provisions on expeditions, and resupplying provisions. (For interfaces that already support manual input, a hint box will also be added to remind players they can input values manually.)[/p][p]3.Increased the maximum warehouse level to 20, further raising the storage capacity limit.[/p][p]4.Fixed a bug where demolishing residences would still count against the family’s housing purchase limit. (This issue may persist in older save files.)[/p][p]5.Extended the display duration of pop-up notifications and fixed some cases where no notifications were shown.[/p][p]6.Fixed a bug that allowed clan members without horses to perform trampling attacks.[/p][p]7.Fixed a rare bug where recruiting imperial guards could result in negative numbers.[/p][p]8.Fixed several minor bugs related to war events.[/p][p]9.Optimized certain UI details and text descriptions.[/p]

Patch Notes V0.7.5

[p]1. New interactions to actively strengthen spousal relationships:[/p][p]- Verses in Harmony (BOTH Writing ≥ 30)[/p][p]- Dual Swordplay (BOTH Might ≥ 30)[/p][p]- Coins and Contracts (BOTH Business ≥ 30)[/p][p]- Duet Together (BOTH Art ≥ 30)[/p][p] [/p][p]2. Expanded skill functionalities (more effects will be added in future updates):[/p][p]- Daoism: When a clan member reaches 18, their coming-of-age panel now includes a Face Reading button. You may assign a member with the \[Face Reading] skill to interpret their fate, with a chance to reveal traits such as Born Noble or Rebellious Spirit.[/p][p] [/p][p]- Augur: During expeditions, assign a member with the \[Augur] skill to divine fortune. You can also click the war event under the NEWS tab to divine outcomes. Note: the result only shows likely trends. Your strategy and decisions still influence the final outcome. For example, even if you have the upper hand in troop strength, a bad omen may mean the battle won’t go smoothly, yet you can still shape the result.[/p][p] [/p][p]- Charisma: The Spread Rumor interaction for other noble heirs has been replaced with Allurecraft. When successful, this charm can persuade an unmarried male to willingly marry into your house, or a female to marry out. It may also boost their favorability. If the target is already married, their spousal bond may decline.[/p][p] [/p][p]- Crafting: When forging equipment in the barracks, selecting a member or retainer with the \[Crafting] skill grants bonus weapon readiness.[/p][p] [/p][p]3. New interaction panel for married-off clan members:[/p][p] [/p][p]- Pillow Whisper – Seek Post (ask their high-ranking spouse to help them gain office)[/p][p]- Pillow Whisper – Remove Post (ask the spouse to dismiss an official)[/p][p]- Pillow Whisper – Sow Discord (manipulate the spouse to stir conflict among noble houses)[/p][p]- Pillow Whisper – Win the Heart (quickly increase the spouse’s affection)[/p][p]- Cancel Marriage (break off the union)[/p][p] [/p][p]4. New clan member random events added, including:[/p][p]- Events where clan members bully civilians[/p][p]- Mischievous behavior from young clan members[/p][p]- Automatic interactions with other noble heirs (rescuing someone, healing the sick, martial/literary competitions, etc.)[/p][p]- Secret affiliations with rebel leaders[/p][p] [/p][p]5. Fixed a bug where the “End” button would not appear during pageant events when no candidates were available.[/p][p] [/p][p]6. In the English version, skill point display issues have been fixed. Skill names are now abbreviated by default—hover your cursor to view full descriptions.[/p][p] [/p][p]That's all for this week's content update! More optimizations and bug fixes are coming later this weekend, and thank you again for your patience and support![/p]

House of Legacy – Weekly Update Plan (June 30 – July 6)

[p]This Week’s Focus: Expanding Noble Family Gameplay[/p][p] [/p][p]The noble family system is at the heart of House of Legacy. While we continue to build out other gameplay features, our long-term goal is to keep improving and enriching the family mechanics as well. This week’s update focuses on the following areas:[/p][p] [/p][p]1. New mechanics for actively improving spousal relationships.[/p][p] [/p][p]2. Expanded functions for the skills: Daoism, Divination, Charisma, and Technology. These skills will also play a greater role in future content updates. (Please note: skill names may be adjusted later for better accuracy based on their actual in-game effects.)[/p][p] [/p][p]3. Married-off family members will now have exclusive interactions and event systems, making daughters an important strategic asset rather than simply being “sent away.”[/p][p] [/p][p]4. More family-related events are being added, with continued expansion planned in the future.[/p][p] [/p][p]5. Various detail improvements and minor feature enhancements.[/p][p] [/p][p]Each of these modules brings a range of new gameplay possibilities. We’ll provide full patch details in this week’s update notes.[/p][p] [/p][p]As a reminder, we are following a once-a-week update schedule, thank you for your patience![/p][p] [/p][p]Lastly, we want to be honest: the list of features awaiting development is already incredibly long (so long we can’t even see the end of it!). We’ll continue to alternate between polishing existing systems and rolling out brand-new content.[/p][p] [/p][p]Thanks again for sticking with us![/p]

Update V0.7.48

[p]1. Fixed an issue where setting county tax shares didn’t work.[/p][p]2. Fixed a bug where recruiting refugees at the barracks could sometimes mess up the data.[/p][p]3. Fixed a problem where dismissing refugees by mistake caused the fief’s population to increase.[/p][p]4. Fixed an error message that showed up when resolving events.[/p][p]5. Fixed a bug where replacing the emperor didn’t properly close other open menus.[/p]
