Version 0.1.3.170 - Fire bullets balance changes and bug fixes

-Fire Bullets skill duration reduced from 5s -> 3s
-Burning time decreased from 3s -> 2s (4 burn damage ticks total)
-Burning rate changed from 3 damage per 1s -> 2 damage per 0.5s
-Burning now only starts causing damage after 0.5s
-Critical hit bonus no longer affects DOT damage

-fixed pending rewards indicator
-fixed flag shader (appeared strange dark blueish, now flags appear as intended)

Version 0.1.3.168 - 2 new achievements and hotfix

-added "Pending Rewards!" indicator to main menu to better indicate that you have unopened chests
-added 2 new achievements

-reduced scoped and unscoped kar98/Lee Enfield recoil by half
-experimental new tank turret direction system that should prevent weird behaviour under or close to obstacles

-fixed motorcycles falling over when not used or when freshly spawned
-fixed battle chests not showing up in battle shop and failing to open

-fixed deathcamp always looking down on corpse (this was unintended)
-fixed recon AI throwing traps instantly instead of at the end of the activation animation
-fixed sprinting pose getting stuck after sprinting and letting go of forward button
-fixed collision on shoreline waves on VV and PP
