It’s almost been a month since we announced our publishing deal, and we still can’t quite believe how much has happened since. We’ve gained 25.000 Wishlists and our server browser is busier than ever – seriously, we had to add a scrolling feature!

Reading everyone’s excited, nostalgia-tinged comments has been really heartwarming! We had one particular goal with Heroes of Valor: to bring back some of our core gaming memories, playing a type of shooter that just doesn’t seem to be around anymore (if you know you know). We wanted to recapture that old school feeling, and we’re so excited that that resonated with all of you.

[h4]Thanks to everyone who’s wishlisted, joined the playtest, and chatted on the Discord! We’re cooking up a lot of exciting stuff, and we’re so hyped to be able to share it with all of you soon.[/h4]

A bunch of creators from all over the world also covered our little passion project! For the past few weeks, we’ve been watching video after video, and it’s been an absolute thrill to see other people run around the playground we’ve created. From creators we’ve been watching for years, to new discoveries, we wanna thank everyone who’s covered the game so far!

We have some brand-new recruits joining our playtest and we need you to show them the ropes!

Some of them have just gotten the call to arms, and are wet behind their ears. These little puppy dogs haven’t experienced the thrills of infantry shootouts, the bundled might of a tank standoff, or the deafening howl of a dogfight. Whether Axis or Allies, they’re lost souls! Cover them on the fields during a Coastal Conflict, and protect them from those nefarious Recons in Valor Village. This war isn’t lost yet.

Leading up to the full release of Heroes of Valor, we’ve decided to join forces with our friends at Iceberg Interactive! Making a game is hard, especially for a two-man team. We felt like it has become increasingly tough to balance working on the game and getting it in front of as many eyes as possible. And that’s why we decided to partner with Iceberg Interactive! They’ll be able to focus on the marketing side of things, while we can keep coming up with crazy ideas for our little shooter!

We’ve worked with Iceberg in the past — they published Blazing Sails, the pirate Battle Royale we worked on at Get Up Games — and we think this collaboration is going to be a fruitful one! We’ll be spitballing ideas together, collaborating on cool content, and making sure the game gets to hit with the full impact of a rocket launcher!

Ultimately, what you’ll get is a bunch of new friends to play with, or, a bunch of new enemies to tank smash. We’re very excited for what’s to come!
