Version 0.1.3.301 - Hit feedback, animation improvements and more!

Gameplay
-added slippery roofs (and Barricade Bridge high structure) (bots should now also no longer get stuck on roofs)

Animations
-added more detailed idle animation when standing still
-tweaked sidestepping animations a bit
-added weapon idle poses
-reworked the way poses change when walking so walking feels more motional instead of static
-tweaked a lot of weapon pose animations to be cleaner
-tweaked a lot of small animation transitions to be smoother and cleaner
-improved shotgun reload animation a bit
-new weapon grab animation

Gunfeel
-added a little more screen shake to weapon firing
-added character hit flash impact effect (a setting to disable this will be added soon)
-added character hit animations
-made the UI hitmarker much more snappy and fast
-new UI hit sound
-new damage numbers (settings for damage numbers are coming soon such as font size, randomness and fade time)

Balancing
-short range pistol spread decreased from 0.5 -> 0.35
-single barrel shotgun spread reduced from 1 -> 0.25
-single barrel shotgun pellet amount decreased from 7 -> 5
-single barrel shotgun damage per pellet increased from 5 -> 7
-single barrel shotgun reload time increased from 0.5s -> 1s
-revolver/C96 spread reduced from 0.2 -> 0.125

Bug fixes
-fixed a bug that caused incorrect/much too long sprint block after weapon usage

Version 0.1.3.254 - Prestige levels & Hero mastery

Hello heroes!

Today we introduce a new system into the game: Prestige levels and Hero Mastery points.

[h2]Prestige levels[/h2]



From now on your rank will loop every 100 levels. Meaning that once you surpass rank 100, your rank resets to 0 but your prestige level increases by 1 level giving you a shine new badge and banner.

You can currently level your prestige up to Supreme which is equal to level 600 or 6 times 100.

Prestige levels are visible in the scoreboard, the in-game hero XP progress widget and the leaderboards.


[h2]Hero Mastery[/h2]



From now on you no longer have to level up all your heroes to reach the maximum rank. Now you can play with whichever hero you like most and when your hero reaches level 30, you can simply continue to level it up which will result in mastery points which are essentially levels above 30.

[h2]Future plans[/h2]

The goal is to eventually add rewards to both the prestige levels and hero mastery points. More news on that will be shared in the future. :)

Prestige levels and hero mastery:
-added prestige levels: recruit, bronze, silver, gold, platinum, diamond and supreme
-rank now loops each 100 levels and instead increases the prestige level (maximum level increased from 180 to 600)
-new and improved in-game hero progress widget with much better hero mugshot visibility, new XP bar and prestige emblem
-scoreboard now also shows prestige emblem
-added hero mastery levels to hero screen (levels that you gain above 30)
-added prestige emblem and name to leader board player card

Bot tweaks:
-bot recons now only spawn if there isn't a single recon on a team and max amount limited to 1 recon bot per team

Bug fixes:
-fixed some clipping issues with the Outlaw's Coat and torso / shirts
-invisible weapon bug should be fixed, if not let us know in Discord
-fixed arm clipping through body when swapping fast

Version 0.1.3.241 - 20 player matches, monthly PvP leaderboard & striped shirts

Hello Halloween Heroes! :)

We've got a small but exciting update for you today which increases the maximum human players per server from 16 to 20, full servers are now visible in the server browser, a new monthly PvP leaderboard and striped shirts in different colors!



Patch notes:

-maximum amount of players that can connect to a single server increased from 16 to 20 (we will be adding a host setting for max players soon for those that still preferred 8v8)
-full servers are now visible in the server browser

-added a new PvP score leaderboard that resets every month

-added striped shirts in 4 different colors (blue, red, green and purple)

-increased BAR reload speed (from 2.5s -> 2s)
