Fixed a bug where Petunia would get stuck if it followed Sarah while she's in a ladder
Fixed a bug where Petunia would bug and keep jumping if she landed on a digging spot after coming back flying
Fixed a bug where quitting the game then continuing would re-equip the last used item while in the psychiatrist's office
