Just a minor update today!

- New: Added cheat code C&KEEPM which when activated reduces the amount of gold dropped on death to zero.
- Showdown Fix : Activating Unlock All (Permanent) code and then achieving a Showdown unlock objective would not unlock the corresponding Steam Achievement.
- Change: Steam Sync within the Feats menu will now unlocks Showdown Steam Achievements which failed to be awarded due to the above issue.
- Change: Steam Achievements which feature unlockable Showdown characters on Steam are no longer "hidden".
