SteamVR Beta Updated - 1.10.23

This build is a candidate for a full release and will likely roll out to everyone in the next few days.

SteamVR Input:

• Fixed an issue with bindings constantly resetting to default for some users on certain applications. This may happen to those users one last time before it’s completely fixed for them.
  

SteamVR Home:

• Fixed layout of extra environments in the Valve Environments Collection on the community wall.
