SteamVR Beta Updated - 1.26.4

SteamVR:

• Rolled back the previous change that allowed the standing chaperone recenter to be persisted between sessions. This had compatibility issues with 3rd party drivers and useful community tools.
  
• Fixed an IPC bug on Linux.
  
• Display an error message when trying to modify input bindings but an application's actions can't be read.
