SteamVR Beta Updated - 2.1.4

SteamVR:

• Added VR Setting > Dashboard > Present Non-VR Applications on Theater Screen Upon Launch
  
• Changed "Close Overlay" tooltip to read "Quit App" for non-VR apps launched from Steam, to better reflect its function.
