Patch 0.6.1

Improvements

  • 👥Co-op lobbies are now set to private by default.

    • We've gotten feedback that it was a bit chaotic trying to play with your friends and having random players enter the lobby.

Balance

  • We've adjusted the Pansun rewards for the Boxes Galore and Mistery Box spots, which were a bit over the top.

Bug fixes

  • 👥Fixed the sudden disconnections while playing co-op in Saipark and Omninesia, caused by enemies with the Teleporter or Shy behavior.
  • 👥Fixed being unable to level up after hatching an egg in co-op.
  • 👥Fixed getting the Dodge Racer spot automatically completed when playing co-op.
  • 👥Fixed some Kudos that weren't working properly (using Kinu and Zephy's Ultimates, reviving x times in a match, and some more). We're aware some other Kudos have issues and will fix them in future hotfixes, apologies for the inconveniences.
  • Fixed the spot Summoning Circle not working properly in the Saipark.

Important Notice

We're aware that more issues have popped up, and some are already in our radar. We're commited to fix them as soon as possible and are investigating them. We're really grateful for your reports here, and sorry for the inconveniences these bugs might have caused you. Here's a list of known issues so you are well informed:

  • Some guest players cannot properly see the circle in the Acid Rain spot when playing co-op.
  • The Kudo to heal 10000 HP with Revitalize isn't working properly.
  • You can get stuck on Omninesia while playing with Zephyruff.
  • You're not getting the Pansun reward for skipping certain Glitches.

Fixes, features, and improvements marked with the 👥 icon are originally suggested, inspired by, or reported by our community in our Discord server, Steam Forums and subreddit.

Meet Zephyruff: The Speedy New Threat in Temtem: Swarm!

Hey Tamers!

Launch day for Patch 0.6 is just around the corner, and you know what that means - spoilers! Get ready to meet Zephyruff, the speedy floof that's joining the Temtem: Swarm roster.
Zephyruff 101

Let's Talk Moves
Zephyruff's playstyle is all about speed. Their Trait converts a percentage of speed into damage, and you can increase that percentage through their Skill Tree.

Zephyruff’s starting technique, Wind Trail, is the perfect move to take advantage of their need for speed. As you Speed Racer your way through the Swarm, any Tems that try to follow you will get hit with constant wind damage as they move through the trail. Here’s a sneak peek at Wind Trail:

Zephyruff also gets access to all the Toxic and Wind techniques already in the game, which you can unlock by playing matches with Platypet, Pigepic, and Crystle. And in Patch 0.6, there's a new Toxic technique: Venom Spread!

This new Toxic technique adds a whole new dimension to attacking the Swarm. The priority here is to make sure as many enemy Tems around you as possible have the poison status effect applied to them, so that when Venom Spread hits it causes a chain reaction of explosions and more instances of poisoned Tems. The more Tems that have the Poisoned status effect, the more likely you are to cover the screen in contaminated Tems.

New Techniques mean new Synergies, so don’t forget to discover what Gear pairs up perfectly with these new Techniques and unlocks their powerful Synergies! Not seeing the synergy option pop up? You know the drill by now - make sure to check the Skill trees and Kudos board to find out how to unlock them!
What about that Ultimate?
Zephyruff and Volarend's Ultimate, Wind Burst, takes their speed to the next level. Watch them dash through the swarm and leave a trail of defeated Tems in their wake!

Zephyruff and Volarend bring a whole new speed-based strategy to Temtem: Swarm. Whether you like fast assassins or controlling the battlefield with Wind and Poison, this duo is ready to shake things up.

Are you ready to take Zephyruff for a spin when Patch 0.6 drops? Let us know what you think of these new moves!

See you in the Swarm, Tamers!

Patch 0.6 to release on the first half of March!

Hello, Tamers! We have some news regarding the launch of patch 0.6 for Temtem: Swarm, which is a content update and not a polish one!

Our goal is to release patch 0.6 in the first half of March, which means we're aiming at the first or second week! With all the new content and changes to major features in this patch, we want to be optimistic, but have to keep the possibility open for delays in case something unexpected happens during this final stage of testing, polishing and re-balancing. We're not planning to go any further than the month of March, though!

We're, of course, working on a specific date, and as soon as we have it we'll provide it!
Content update means new things!
If you've been following around for a bit, you already know of two big things coming with patch 0.6: a new Arena, Omninesia, and random Matchmaking. With this new Arena you'll be able to enjoy two new playable Tems! We'll be spoiling one of them in the upcoming days, so I'd keep an eye out on our communication avenues if I were you. We're also trying out the new minimum match duration that you voted for, 20 minutes, so the experience is surely going to be different from what you've played so far!

But there's something else we've come to share spoilers for today: Spots!

Patch 0.6 comes with a handful of completely new spots, many of them suggested by the community itself! But beyond adding new Spots that players can enjoy, we've also reworked three of the old ones to make them more fun, more rewarding and/or more challenging, also following community feedback.

Want to see a very relevant spot that got changed? Peep this:

The Swarm is getting closer, Tamers! We're already working on the bug-fixing and polishing stages of patch 0.6, and we're eager to conquer these feats and present you the newest level of Temtem Swarming. You're going to love it!

Get your Skill Trees reviewed and gear up with your co-op mates, for Temtem: Swarm's next patch is coming next month!

Temtem up, Tamers!
