Sanctree DEMO Hotfix Live

Hello Guardians!
We are delighted to have received feedback from more players after the release of the prologue. This is also the main purpose of releasing the demo/prolpgue now. We believe that with the support and tolerance of everyone, Sanctree will gradually bring a better gaming experience! The following is the update details of today's Hotfix Patch, hoping to solve the problems you have raised.

Please also note: As previously mentioned, we will be releasing a new demo version during the upcoming Steam Next Fest next week, which will include the addition of a 'water management system' gameplay feature.
However, the update to this system will cause the cities to stop functioning, so we want to inform everyone that the saves from versions prior to the water management system will no longer be usable.
This may require everyone to rebuild their cities from scratch, but we want to add more fun and engaging game systems to make the game more colorful and diverse.




【Demo Version a0.3.8】 Bug Fix:
Transport workers in the transport center disappear after loading a saved game.
No prompts for the nearby soldier NPC panel buttons.
Interacting at the edge of the interaction range causes the panel to close immediately after opening.
Nearby soldier panels should default to open.
Added tutorial for repairing the city gate.
Should not be able to repair when at full health.
Error when an NPC dies after three consecutive logistics actions.
Error when workers at the logistics center lose their housing due to demolition.
Error with spine animations.
When repairing with a hammer, if the mouse is picked up, the hammer will be thrown away during the repair.
In the manufacturing tutorial, the tutorial highlight remains even after the recipe enters the manufacturing queue.
Some sound effects are missing.

We're also participating in Steam Open World Survival Crafting Festival. Sanctree's core gameplay revolves around survival and crafting. You'll need to explore the underground world, gather resources, and craft various tools and weapons. Discovering new resources can unlock advanced technology recipes, enabling you to create more sophisticated items.



In addition to defending against unpredictable insectoid attacks, you'll need to manage hunger, thirst, and health to survive, adding an extra layer of urgency to your adventure. 🧃

FREE DEMO available now! ⚔️Let's fight for the Sanctree

Hello Guardians! ✨
After one year and seven months of development, we are thrilled to finally release our official DEMO today!
To make this demo the best it can be, we almost completely rewrote the game's architecture between March and April this year. This decision certainly carried risks and posed a huge challenge for us, but thanks to the support of our players, this version has successfully come to fruition.🥳🥳

First and foremost, we want to extend our heartfelt thanks to the players who participated in the Playtest. Your companionship in our development and bug-fixing process has been invaluable. We have carefully read each of your comments and suggestions. We've worked tirelessly to implement as many changes as possible, and we believe that this demo will provide a better experience than any previous version.

📢This demo includes approximately 2 hours of gameplay, which constitutes about 10% of the entire game. Your progress will stop after defeating the first bugs nest, but you will still be able to roam freely in the game without triggering new quests. The exact playtime will depend on your personal pace and play style.
Through this demo, you will get a glimpse into the basic gameplays of survival, base-building, crafting, research, combat, logistics, and exploration in "Guardians of the Sanctree".

The current version may still have some bugs, we are eager to collect player feedback to improve the game as quickly as possible.
Please stay tuned for more gameplay and maps in the full version game. Your adventure in Sanctree is far from over!

Sanctree Playtest Open Now! 🔥

Howdy all! The playtest is Open Now!🥳
Players who signed up for the playtest before today are eligible to participate in this testing session. Players who haven't signed up previously can look forward to the open free demo available starting May 20th.



The playtest's demo contains approximately 2 hours of gameplay. Your adventure will end after defeating the first hive. Actual playtime may vary depending on your personal pace.
