Milestone 5 Hotfix 4 (v1.0.1.4)

Here are the changes in this update:

• Increased verbosity of Lua error messages.
  
• Disabled addon consent forms for now.
  
• Addons can no longer download from Discord.
  
• Addons can now download from YouTube.
  

[h3]Actions[/h3]

• Added enable all and disable all action buttons to the Library and Addons tabs.
  
• Added a filter action button to the Addons tab.
  

[h3]Miscellaneous[/h3]

• Removed optional programs from the Tutorial screen.
  
• Updated yt-dlp, this should fix issues when downloading from YouTube.
  
• Updated the localization files.
  
• Updated the credits.
