Hotfix 7

[h2]Bug Fixes[/h2]
  • Fixed Rapid Empowerement breaking the game, causing cards to be not drawn.
  • Space button no longer replays the ACT cutscenes
  • Armament Bar filling to max at 30 has been fixed to be full at 40 instead
  • Emelgian Scepter no longer works if Dragon has died ( was still working after dragon died to a normal attack)
  • The 2 passives enemies get from Arcane Armory armement were the same in some occasions, fixed that

Card&Relic Codex and Hotfix

  • Added Card and Relic codex in the Cave room. Undiscovered cards will remain as question mark in the codex.
  • Changed Whelps targeting AI, they no longer hit 0HP targets (like twins)

  • Fixed Forfeit bugs
  • Fixed Backdoor curse breaking Molthrax fight
  • Fixed some UI issues with talent tree.
  • Handsize is now properly capped at 9
  • Fury Infusion II icon in game now shows properly.

  • Dragon Heart Boss mechanic unlock wasnt working properly on some occasions, should be fixed.
  • Whelps who died previous turn would spawn as 0HP if you quit game and continue-fixed
  • Using rage power or end turn is not available anymore after Dragon is dead( in that brief moment before next screen)
  • During tutorial, we added auto skip dialogue to the next, in missions 2 and 5 once the required task is complete.
  • Quit Game in Tutorial yes/no now properly works. Also fixed issue that occured after you resume game from that screen
  • Fixed Wolf's Gamble
  • Fixed multiple issues with wider resolutions
  • Added Roar sound effect to Act 1 ending cutscene
  • Fixed some instances in map where roads didn't show correctly.




Upcoming Major Content Patch Info

Hello everyone, we are reading every review and feedback carefully, as we are trying to fix our bugs we also hear you guys want more content, and we will deliver. We would like to announce that we are working on two content patches in a fast cadence. Heres the Roadmap:

[h2]First Major Patch Content[/h2]
  • Adding Act IV. Comes with 5 new map moves, 2 different ActIV Hero(boss) fights.
  • Option to continue your run even after beating ActIV for those who want complete destruction of the entire map for fun.(no rewards or achievements for this). Idea here is to disable any healing after raids, and every 5 move you make we will throw you a random ACT fight in the raids to keep things interesting still until you conquer the whole map
  • ActI ActII and ActIII each get 1 alternative Hero(boss) fights. This way all 4 acts will have 2 alternative fights instead of current 1. So our total "ACT Hero fight" count will go from 3 to 8 with the patch.
  • New Relics and curse cards.

[h2]Second Major Patch Content[/h2]
  • Adding Dragon Skins for Black, Golden and Blue dragon.
  • Adding New Rage power to Black, Golden and Blue dragon.
  • New legendary/ultimate cards.
  • Adding Modifier runs. Idea for these is to alter the game mechanics greatly to try fun new things.
    Examples:
    -You no longer have a deck, you get a random 20 card deck at the start of each fight.
    -You draft a deck of 20 cards instead of normal starting deck
    -Everytime you play a card, rest of all cards in hand AP cost either increase by 1 or decrease by 1AP
    -All card rewards are legendary.

    We would like your feedback on three potential way to obtain the new Dragon Skins
    -Option 1: You get the new skins and new rage powers automatically when patch is live
    -Option 2: Modified runs reward a currency and you can then buy the new skins with those currencies.
    -Option 3: New skins are auto added like in option 1 but the new rage powers have to be purchased from modified run currencies.
    We are more inclined to do option 1 but we are interested in your thoughts, or maybe other options that come to your mind.


Dates for Major patches will be announced in future.

Next Hotfix patch is tomorrow (wednesday 5th), will be adding card and relic codex to cave with this one.

Hotfixes and New Armaments

[h2]New [/h2]
  • Increased max Armament to 40
  • "Forger's Bane" armament now has another level that gives 3 curse cards.
  • "Arcane Armory" armement now has another level that grants 2 Passives to heroes.
  • Added new sound to Deathroll
  • Added Armament 40 achievement

    We will keep adding new Armaments to keep things challenging for those who seek it :) Next armament idea is to remove Heal after ACTI and then from every ACT entirely.
    We are also preparing a scoring system for a steam leaderboard.

[h2]Bug Fixes[/h2]
  • Fixed Tutorial bug where first Fireball did not work. ( This bug was caused while fixing something else, sorry for the inconveniance, this was a sad bug for us however we are always here to fix them as they are reported!)
  • Fixed Softlock caused by Hero spawning on another unit during Raids.
  • Fixed "Vulcanic Forge" talent not working if Boss mechanic count was bigger than 3
  • "Cursed Shackles" relic was causing softlock if it was the damage that caused Dorian to transform. Fixed
  • "Celestial Guidance" relic did not remove the attack it provided even after rage fell below 100, this is fixed


[h2]Announcement[/h2]

    We will be making an announcement soon about upcoming Major Content patches! We have heard your feedback that the game feels short and lacks enemy variety. Our first content patch will introduce Act 4 along with new variety fights for Acts 1, 2, and 3. Stay tuned for more details in the official announcement!

  • Fixed Victory Screen bug if game is beaten with all 36 Armaments chosen

  • Overwhelm card is now 1AP cost (was 0)
  • Overflow card is now 1AP cost (was 0)
    These changes did not make it to last update some reason, they are live now.
