- Delay between punches increased to 0.325s
- Blaster max ammo further decreased to 40
- Enemy counterattacks cannot be interrupted by the player
- Added crosshair HUD elements showing melee weapon durability, firearms ammo and alt-fire cooldowns; the crosshair HUD can be toggled in the Gameplay (previously "Input") options. Default option is set to "OFF"
- Added 4-hit combos for Punch and Ranged mode primary attacks.
- Punching an enemy will open up the full combo; the fourth hit launches the enemy in air (Heavy enemies can't be launched) and deals the base damage for punches.
- Hitting an enemy with a melee weapon will open up the full Melee combo; the fourth hit deals 1.5x the damage inflicted by the current weapon with its primary attack.
- Punch or Melee combo are reset upon killing an enemy if the last damage received was inflicted by a basic attack with punches or a melee weapon.
- Downed enemies are briefly invulerable to punch or melee basic attacks and to thrown weapons; gun attacks are unaffected.
- A successful block in Punch mode now correctly awards 100 points instead of 10.
